Cut a piece of ribbon of about 3 inches long and cut a smaller ribbon only about 4/8 of an inch.
Tie the ribbons into a bow, just as you would tie your shoelaces. Adjust it until you get the size and shape you want.
Glue the two ribbons with some fabric glue, placing the smaller ribbon on top of the larger one. Be sure to center the smaller one and adjust the size if necessary before applying the glue.
Cut off a piece of Velcro, the same size as the larger ribbon. Sew one end of the Velcro together.
Glue the ribbon to the Velcro with fabric glue. If you're worried that the glue won't stick, you can take sew a small stitch to the Velcro and ribbon.
Attach an embellishment to the center of the bow with fabric glue.
Be sure to allow the glue to dry completely before putting the bow in Baby's hair, to be sure you don't accidentally get any glue in her hair and that the embellishment is on securely.
